An elderly male was hospitalized following a house fire on Sunday.

That fire happened at a home in the 1500 block of South Webster. The man was said to be unconscious when he was rushed to South Bend Memorial Hospital.

The cause of the fire has not been determined yet. The fire was limited to one room of the house and took just minutes to extinguish.
