A Bristol man on trial for allegedly murdering his marijuana dealer last year has been found guilty of murder.

Jarrod Spigutz, 18, was charged with shooting Jared Foltz outside of the Elkhart Menards store in May 2017.

Court documents say Spigutz shot Foltz from the passenger seat of Foltz’s vehicle after Foltz had asked Spigutz to return his marijuana.

His sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 15.
