It appears the Women’s Care Center will be able to move near an abortion clinic proposed for South Bend, after all.
Instead of moving next door, which was the original plan, the center will move in across the street from the proposed Whole Women’s Health Alliance site in the 3500 block of Lincolnway West, according to WNDU.
The property is already zoned for them to be able to move in. That will avoid another big zoning debate which led to a mayor’s veto, blocking them from being able to take over the property next door to the planned abortion clinic, WNDU reported.
