An arrest warrant has been issued for the man who prosecutors say shot and killed another man at Bleachers on Grape Road in Mishawaka.
Police are asking for anybody with information on the whereabouts of Timothy Mayberry to contact them.
Mayberry is charged with one count of murder in the death of 28-year-old Avery Brown.
The shooting took place around 2 a.m. on Friday, September 21.
