A Van Buren County man died in a crash between his motorcycle and a pickup truck.

The collision happened on Wednesday, Oct. 24.

Bobby Tanner, 70, of Bangor was unable to avoid hitting the truck, which pulled out in front of him on M-140 near 48th Avenue near Watervliet.

He later died at the hospital.

The 24 year-old Watervliet man driving the truck wasn’t injured in the crash.

Speed and alcohol are not considered to have been factors.
