UPDATE: The candlelight vigil has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 2  at the Mentone Youth League due to the weather.

ORIGINAL STORY: Community members have organized a candlelight vigil to be held in honor of the three children killed when boarding a bus in Fulton County on Tuesday, Oct. 30.

It will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1, at the Mentone Youth League a 107 West Jefferson Street in Mentone.

An organizer of the event says that’s the field where the kids used to play.

Public is encouraged to attend the event in support of the family and others who are grieving.
