Mishawaka woman one of four facing drug charges in Kosciusko County

There is a new force combatting drugs in Kosciusko County called NET 43. This is a multi-jurisdictional task force made up of members of the Indiana State Police, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw Police Department, and Winona Lake Police Department.

An investigation that started from a citizen complaint ultimately led to a search warrant being served at 121 East Main Street in Atwood around 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27. This warrant resulted in the seizure of marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Truex-Volitch, 28, of Atwood, was arrested for preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Visiting a Common Nuisance.

Robin Truex, 56, of Atwood, was arrested for a preliminary charge of Visiting a Common Nuisance.

Mandy Fleming, 43, of Mishawka, was arrested for preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, and Visiting a Common Nuisance. Fleming also was arrested for an active warrant out of St. Joseph County.

Also arrested as a result of this investigation was Ronald Truex, 55 of Atwood. Truex was arrested for preliminary charges of Habitual Traffic Violator-Life, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of a Synthetic Drug or Lookalike Substance, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

All arrested were taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.
