A third person is being charged in an arson case linked to the death of an Etna Green man.

49-year-old Mark Blankenship of Pierceton was arrested on Wednesday, May 15.

He’s accused of aiding, inducing, or causing arson after a car was found in flames in Milford on April 7. That was the same day that Matthew Hoshal, 27, was hit by a car on Lake Street, causing the injuries he later died from at the hospital.

Blake Dull, 24, and Hannah Shea, 28, were both previously arrested in connection to the incident.

They are believed to have been intoxicated when Hoshal was hit, and are accused of burning the car to try and get rid of evidence.
