It’s a sure sign of spring in Michiana: A trio of bald eagle eggs have been spotted in a nest at St. Patrick’s County Park.
The eggs were laid at the Notre Dame Linked Experimental Ecosystem Facility, or ND-LEEF, in a former red-tailed hawk nest. The eagles took over the nest five years ago, which can be seen under that Morrison Family Pavilion.
