Not good news from Greenleaf in Elkhart as they say half of their nursing home residents are presumed positive for COVID-19. Officials say that of their 71 residents 36 have either tested positive or are believed to be positive. That is in addition to 11 staffers that are also presumed positive.

The facility is operated by Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, Kentucky. There has been no indication of any deaths at Greenleaf Health Campus. The Elkhart Truth reports Trilogy operates another residence in Goshen but there have been no positive cases there.
