A warrant has been issued for a Texas man connected to more than a dozen cases of molestation in Elkhart. The counts date as far back as 2004.
45 year old Julio Rios of San Antonio is facing 13 counts of child molestation in the case. Details about the alleged molestation’s have not been released but court documents indicate there were five total alleged victims that were as young as five years old when the incidents began, and continued for several years.
The Elkhart Truth reports that split between the various felony charges he faces a combined sentence of up to 272 years when or if he is tried.
