Police in Dowagiac say that the case of a man that got his car stuck on the railroad tracks appears to be just an accident.

It happened in the area near Depot Drive on Tuesday. A 73 year old man was using a drive up ATM and when he leaned out his window he accidentally stepped on the gas and drove through a fence and onto the tracks. He suffered minor injuries.

It was determined that neither drugs nor alcohol were a factor.
