Two people hurt in shooting, crash near 7-Eleven in Mishawaka

Two people suffered serious injuries after a crash that happened after an incident where shots were fired at the 7-Eleven store at Main Street and Mishawaka Avenue in Mishawaka.

Police were called to the convenience store around 3:35 a.m. on Saturday, June 20 on reports of multiple shots fired in the parking lot.

When officers arrived they discovered more than 10 shell casing laying in the parking lot near the gas pumps. Witnesses on scene said the suspect left the area and the victims car took off north bound on North Main Street.

Officers discovered a maroon car had crashed into a utility pole approximately a few blocks from the scene of 7-Eleven.  

Inside the vehicle, Officers found two gunshot victims with serious injuries.

Both victims were transported to the hospital for treatment. One victim is in serious, but stable condition. The other victim has non-life-threatening injuries.

Mishawaka is turning into a getto like South Bend.
Just keep tying the police hands and it will get worse
We need long prison sentences with no time off for being nice in jail .
Put the poor baby’s in cells the size of bunks on a military troop ship .
Go after the prosecutors and judges get them out of office.
