Mishawaka is turning into a getto like South Bend.
Just keep tying the police hands and it will get worse
We need long prison sentences with no time off for being nice in jail .
Put the poor baby’s in cells the size of bunks on a military troop ship .
Go after the prosecutors and judges get them out of office.
