Goshen man shot by officer in 2019 pleads guilty to resisting law enforcement

A man shot by a Goshen police officer last year has now pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement.

Joshua Perry, 36, was shot twice in the arm, and once in the lower jaw, in January 2019 by Lt. Michael McCormack after a 50-minute pursuit in downtown Goshen.

WNDU reports Perry has now pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement. He was convicted Thursday, with sentencing set for September.
