Food Bank of Northern Indiana releases mobile food distribution schedule, Jan. 25-29

The Food Bank of Northern Indiana has released its food distribution schedule for the week of January 25.

Food is distributed free of charge on a first come, first served basis and is pre-boxed and pre-bagged.

Next week’s schedule is as follows:

  • Monday, January 25, 2021 – LaPorte County
    • 10 a.m. – Noon, CST
    • WHERE: Kankakee Valley REMC, 8642 W. US 30, Wanatah, IN 46390
    • *This distribution is provided through COVID-19 response funding through United Way of LaPorte County and will serve up to 300 households.
  • Tuesday, January 26, 2021 – Marshall County
    • 10 a.m. – Noon, EST
    • WHERE: Culver Community Middle/High School, 701 School Street, Culver, IN 46511
    • *This distribution is provided through COVID-19 grant funding through United Way of Marshall County, Marshall County Community Foundation and the Marshall County Commissioners and Council and will serve up to 400 households.
  • Wednesday, January 27, 2021 – Starke County
    • 10 a.m. – Noon, CST
    • WHERE: Knox United Methodist Church, 210 S. Shield Street, Knox, IN 46534
  • Thursday, January 28, 2021 – Kosciusko County
    • 10 a.m. – Noon, EST
    • WHERE: First Baptist Church, 206 S. Oak Street, Mentone, IN 46539
    • *This distribution is provided through COVID-19 grant funding through Feeding America and will serve up to 400 households.
  • Friday, January 29, 2021 – St. Joseph County
    • 10 a.m. – Noon, EST
    • WHERE: Community Christian Church, 201 W. Michigan Street, New Carlisle, IN 46552
    • *This distribution is provided through COVID-19 grant funding by United Way of St. Joseph County and will serve up to 400 households.
