The woman convicted of killing three children and injuring a fourth at a Fulton County bus stop in October of 2018 was scheduled to be back in court Wednesday.

Alyssa Shepherd is serving a four-year sentence for the crash. She appealed the convictions in May of last year but was denied an appeal hearing with the Indiana Supreme Court in December.

She pleaded not guilty to hitting the children as they crossed the street to board their Tippecanoe Valley School Bus. She was found guilty after her trial a year later.
