Elkhart man accused of offering meth to hotel maid, is arrested

An Elkhart man was arrested for allegedly dealing methamphetamine after police say he offered to sell it to a hotel maid.

Elkhart police were called to the Plaza Court Hotel by management who then wanted Neil Jariett, 27, removed.

95-3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth report officers knocked on the door to his room. He didn’t answer, but the door was unlocked, so they went in and found the man unresponsive, on the bed.

The Truth also reports they found suspected meth, a glass pipe, digital scales, hypodermic needles and empty plastic baggies.
