A 72-year-old Rochester man was killed in a crash on U.S. 31 in Fulton County.

The collision happened around 2 o’clock, Saturday afternoon.

Investigators say a vehicle driven by 72-year-old James Rans was traveling northbound on Old U.S. 31, then crossed U.S. 31 and was struck by another vehicle.

A third vehicle was also struck.

Rans vehicle rolled on its side leaving him partially ejected. He died at the scene.
