Two license branches in northern Indiana could become one.

A proposal by the Indiana BMV would combine the Nappanee and Walkerton BMV branches into a single location in Nappanee.

The BMV hopes to get community feedback during a public hearing Oct. 13.

The hearing will be held at the Walkerton-Lincoln Township Public Library at 6 p.m.

Nappanee is farther than Plymouth for Walkertonians. Put one in LaPaz or Bremen instead. Or just admit you are closing Walkerton, not merging.
Walkertontians and all who have enjoyed the Walkerton office PLEASE attend the meeting.
