Nearly $7 million judgment against Concord Mall buyers entered in Elkhart County Court

A nearly $7 million judgment against the buyers of Concord Mall has been entered in Elkhart County Court.

John Thomas, Daniel Olswang and Ton Real Estate Investments are ordered to pay nearly $6.5 million dollars million to the company that sold them the Mall last year.

In the default judgment, the judge also ordered them to pay more than $450,000 in past-due interest, late fees and property taxes as well as $35,000 in attorney fees and a number of other costs.

Ton Real Estate Investments also faces new accusations in federal court of fraud.
