Students in Mishawaka schools will need to mask up for the foreseeable future.

District leaders have scrapped the idea of potentially ending the mask mandate for extra-curricular activities and, later on, in classrooms, based on Governor Holcomb lifting the state’s public health emergency order. But that never happened.

With the order extended through December, the masks-on mandates remain for all students, staff and guests.

The superintendent released a statement, saying the goal of continuing to require masks is to keep our students and employees healthy, minimize the number of students and staff required to quarantine, and to keep their buildings open for in-person learning.

The RINO Governor kept the emergency going to receive Federal dollars, not because of science.

The school is keeping the mask mandate to get state dollars, not because of science.

Cloth masks DO NOT WORK against COVID. This is a fact, proven by studies and true because of science.
