The St. Joseph County Department of Infrastructure, Planning & Growth has begun the process of creating a new Comprehensive Plan for the County.
The Comprehensive Plan provides a guide to the County Commissioners, County Council, Area Plan Commission, developers and residents regarding the type, location, and amount of development and redevelopment within the unincorporated County.
The draft plan is scheduled to be released next spring… but leaders want your input now.
The first of several discussions is set for next Wednesday evening, March 23, at the St. Joe Public Library on Main Street in South Bend.
