Jury does not convict 4 alleged Whitmer kidnapping plotters

A jury has declined to convict four men accused of plotting to kidnap Michigan’s governor.

Friday morning, on the fifth day of deliberations, the jury said they have found two of the men not guilty of conspiracy to kidnap Governor Whitmer, and are hung on two others. Daniel Harris and Brandon Casera were acquitted, but jurors were unable to agree on verdicts for Adam Fox and Barry Croft, Jr.

Fox, Croft and Harris faced additional charges, with the most serious being kidnapping conspiracy and conspiracy to use explosives — both of which carry potential life sentences.

Anti-govt. militia members were charged with hatching a plot against the Democratic Governor, angry over the restrictions she had ordered in the early days of the pandemic.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel declined to comment on the verdicts Friday afternoon, citing the state cases related to the plot remain open. Joseph Morrison, Paul Bellar and Pete Musico are awaiting trial, scheduled to begin Oct. 10.

The entire FBI crew needs to be fired starting with the director. Then it should be rebuilt according to the Constitution and the law. The same for public schools and the unions that control them. No government institution actually does what it is supposed to do. All are utterly corrupt and we all pay for it. Go look at Article I, Section 8, the enumerated powers of congress. Start with a list of alphabet agencies. Try and determine how they all fit into that list. You could count on one hand the agencies that do. WHY?? POWER is why! At every step The People lose just a little more liberty until there is none left. When will you wake up?
