A member of the Pulaski County Council has been arrested for official misconduct, theft, perjury and voting outside his precinct.

Court documents indicate Republican Brian Young posted bond and was released from the county jail Tuesday.

Young is also under investigation to determine if he still lives in the council district he was elected to represent.
