Where are the 3 crossings?
Also, the entire Federal grant program needs to be scrapped. It’s nothing but a tool for redistribution and Federal control in opposition to the 10th Amendment.

When I was a young married man I began watching the local news on TV. Just about every evening John Brademas or some other political hack was on the screen announcing another federal grant to St. Joe County or South Bend. I quickly realized those places no longer were controlled by the local citizens. It had become a federal county or city. This is NOT how the founders imagined our happiness. I wondered how they would get along if the federal tap was shut off. As thee feds go into more and more debt sooner rather than later we will find out.
