UPDATE: On April 12, the public’s help was requested in locating missing person P.J. Palmer. He has been located and is safe, according to Elkhart Police.
ORIGINAL STORY: Detectives are looking for the public’s help in locating PJ Palmer, 62 years old.
He’s described as black, approximately 5’11” and 250 lbs.
He has not been seen or heard from since late February 2023. His last known location was in the City of Elkhart.
The Elkhart Police is seeking information as to his whereabouts.
