A 24-year-old man was arrested on one count of child molesting after allegedly assaulting a young teenager.
Josue Ibarra was arrested after a victim came forward about the incident.
The victim reportedly said that Ibarra’s parents knew how old she was, but that Ibarra did not.
Ibarra said he did not know how old the victim was when he first assaulted her but that he had been told that she was too young.
According to reports, after learning how old she was, Ibarra assaulted her again.

I would say someone should call ICE but the federal government does not have our back on this.
He assaulted this girl twice…the information that his parents knew how old she was is irrelevant; assault is not an approved activity even is she was of age.
