A Claypool man has been arrested for a deadly crash, last summer, that claimed a woman’s life.

Zachery Anderson, 22, is charged with causing death while operating a vehicle.

According to court documents, it was in July of last year when deputies were called to a crash and found a vehicle on its side and two people ejected. Alice Dills was pronounced dead at the scene.

Dills’ family provided in-home video from her in-home security camera system that showed Anderson and Dills drinking alcohol and Anderson get behind the driver’s seat of the car.

Anderson’s certified chemical blood alcohol result registered .177.
