Three people, including a 7-year-old girl, are recovering after a crash in Elkhart County.

The collision happened just before 3 p.m. on Friday, June 23, on County Road 6 east of County Road 19, when sheriff’s investigators say a 28-year-old Elkhart man of a Dodge pickup truck failed to stop at the intersection and struck a Nissan SUV driven by a 25-year-old Bristol woman.

She, along with a 25-year-old man and the 7-year-old girl in her vehicle suffered neck pain and other injuries.

The driver who police say caused the crash was citied for driving without a license, having no insurance and disregarding a stop sign.
