A Warsaw man is dead after a two-vehicle crash.

It happened Tuesday, Sep. 5, at around 8:50 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 200 North and County Road 350 West.

Deputies say that the man who died is Clifford Grubb, 64.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says that Grub was in the eastbound vehicle and did not yield to a second vehicle traveling south.

The driver of the second vehicle received minor injuries but refused medical attention.
