Indiana-based hiring firm predicts employment to increase in early 2024

Robert Half Recruiters & Employment Agency are predicting hiring to increase in the first half of 2024.
The talent agency based out of Indianapolis says that 60% of companies are planning to add full-time employees at that time of the year.
Labor reports indicate that Indiana will have jobs opening up in the wind turbine tech, software developer, and health care fields. This optimism comes on the tail end of the November jobs report where employment increased by 199,000 and unemployment fell to 3.7%.
