Last week, a Mishawaka man was pinned in his truck for six days on I-94. Now, he’s recovering at South Bend Memorial hospital.

27-year-old Matt Reum’s truck went off the road and landed under a bridge on December 20. He was found by two fisherman six days later.

A GoFundMe has been set up for Reum to cover medical bills. The GoFundMe says that Reum is a kindhearted person and needs love and support during this time.

The labor union he works with says Reum had surgery and his left leg was amputated.
