The Goshen Public Library and Goshen Health are partnering up for mental health.

Their plan is to provide free programs about mental health coping strategies. Topics will include talking about feelings, physical activities, and spending time outside.

It’s for families with children in grades K through 5.

The programming will happen at the Goshen Public Library on Thursday from 4 to 4:30 p.m., starting next week, for five weeks.
