A warrant has been issued for a man accused of causing death while driving a vehicle intoxicated.
Elkhart police say Lakhwinder Singh, 23, of Bargersville was driving north on State Road 15, north of County Road 142 in February.
Police say he left the roadway instead of turning, causing the vehicle to roll over multiple times. They say alcoholic beverage containers were found in the vehicle.
The passenger died from injuries a few days later.
Singh faces a charge of causing death while operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
