Three people injured after SUV vs motorcycles crash on State Road 19

Three people were hurt when police say the driver of an SUV turned left in front of two motorcycles.

The collision happened around 10 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, at State Road 19 and Rosedale Drive.

Elkhart County Sheriff’s investigators say motorcycles hit the passenger side of the SUV. The 20-year-old Elkhart woman driving the SUV was taken, by ambulance, to Elkhart General Hospital.

The 41-year-old Elkhart man and 44-year-Elkhart woman on the motorcycles were taken, by ambulance, to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

The crash is still under investigation.
