Police in South Bend are investigating a dead body that was found inside an apartment at Miami Hills.

Officers were called around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, to find the woman’s body.

So far, there is no information about how the victim died or whether it’s tied to any crime.

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday in Kalamazoo.
