One of two men accused in a shooting at a local restaurant is still undergoing evaluations.

Tyris Jennings, along with Jordan Cole, reportedly shot a 45-year-old man while robbing a KFC and later a Burger King in March of 2019.

The shooting left the KFC employee paralyzed. Cole was sentenced in April, but competency is still undetermined for Jennings.

The Goshen News says he recently learned that the results of his evaluations were split and that he would be receiving a third.
