Dylan McDaniel was sentenced to serve one year in Community Corrections Work Release for vandalizing Dairy Fair in Mishawaka last year.

Police say he broke into the ice cream shop last year and vandalized it, as well as stole food and a credit card machine.

He was also ordered to pay restitution for two domestic violence cases, but unless he fails to do that or violates his probation, he will won’t be facing any jail time.
