The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department is seeking new leads in the case of Joseph Chaffins, a man who has been missing for over two years.

Chaffins was last seen in North Webster in October 2022. The department is asking for any information, big or small, to help in the search.

Chaffins is described as having blue eyes, brown hair, and several distinctive tattoos.
