A shooting death suspect has pleaded guilty in Elkhart County Circuit Court.
Ashley Seabolt pleaded guilty to murder in the shooting death of 32-year-old Toby Fisher that happened last year.
Reports say three individuals conspired with Fisher in a planned drug robbery that turned deadly at River Run Apartments.
The Goshen News says Seabolt will be sentenced on August 21.
Two other suspects, Stephonn Sutton and Sami Hussen, still face murder charges and will be tried together on August 4.
