A Cass County man is headed to prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges.
Lee Chess Roberts, 34, was sentenced to 12-24 months for resisting police, 38 months to 10 years for drug possession, and ordered to pay fines for reckless driving. He received no credit for time served since he was on parole during the offenses.
The resisting and reckless driving case stemmed from an incident in January 2023, while the drug charge was tied to meth possession in the Dowagiac area.
