Veterans Day free offers and discounts across Michiana:
Several local businesses are honoring veterans with free meals, haircuts, and park admission this Veterans Day:
Prime Table Restaurant (Niles): Free two-egg breakfast from 7-9 a.m. and a Chicken Breast Dinner later in the day. Proof of service required.
McDonald’s: Free Egg McMuffin meal (with hash brown and drink) for veterans with military ID. Dine-in or drive-thru only until 10:30 a.m.
Martin’s Super Markets: Free “Honor Meal” (fried chicken, sides, drink, and cookie) from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Plus, 11% off for veterans Nov. 9-11 with ID.
Wings Etc.: Free entrée (up to $13.99) for dine-in guests with proof of military service.
Great Clips: Free haircuts for veterans and active-duty members. Civilians can get a cut and receive a free-cut card to gift a veteran.
Indiana DNR: Free admission to state parks, forests, and recreation areas for veterans, active-duty members, and everyone in their vehicle.
All Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle branches will be closed today (Tue) in observance of Veterans Day. The B-M-V reminds Hoosiers that many services can still be completed online during the holiday closure, including license renewals, registration updates, and title transactions. Customers could also access 24-hour BMV Connect kiosks statewide. Normal business hours will resume on Wednesday.
