The Indiana State Police Bremen District reported a busy day of enforcement following a targeted “Wolfpack Patrol” operation conducted on Friday, November 14, 2025. The high-visibility patrols focused on major routes including U.S. 30, U.S. 31, and U.S. 20 during the day, with increased evening enforcement in Elkhart County.
Troopers issued 96 citations and 176 warnings throughout the day. The operation also included 7 commercial vehicle inspections, resulting in 11 violations.
ISP reported significant criminal activity uncovered during the patrols, leading to:
3 OWI arrests
14 drug arrests involving marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and other controlled substances
22 misdemeanor arrests
14 felony arrests
14 criminal defendants overall
Troopers also provided 19 public service assists, including helping EMS crews perform CPR, and logged 6 agency assists with partnering departments.
State police say the concentrated patrols are designed to reduce dangerous driving behaviors and criminal activity on major roadways while increasing officer visibility and public safety.

A definite success! Many dont realize the dangers on roads, especially with commercial vehicles. Even a seemingly small number of 11 violations is actually alot for those drivers. Keep it up ISP!
