U.S. Senators Todd Young and Cindy Hyde-Smith have reintroduced the SAVE Moms and Babies Act to tighten federal restrictions on chemical abortion drugs.
The legislation seeks to reverse recent FDA policies by requiring in-person doctor visits and banning the delivery of these drugs via mail or telemedicine.
Supporters say the bill restores vital medical oversight to protect women from complications, while also preventing the FDA from approving new abortion medications in the future.
The bill is now heading to the Senate committee for further review.

Todd Young is a no good RINO
Even a blind Toad finds a grasshopper once in a while.
Senator, this bill is not meant to help women or children. This bill will restrict healthcare for women. Medical abortion has been proven safe and effective. There are many reasons this form of abortion is needed for women’s physical health, mental health, and should be her right to decide, with her doctor, without government interference. You may have different views based on your opinions or religious beliefs. That is your right but you have no right to impose your beliefs on others.
I am blessed to a mother of 4, grandmother of 5 and soon to be great grandmother. Thankful they are all healthy productive members of society. I support a women’s right to choose the healthcare that is safe and appropriate for them. Please 🙏 no
Todd Young stay out of women’s reproductive choices! Until you have experienced pregnancy & childbirth then maybe you can have an opinion!
Great on the save Babies and Mom’s Act. How about beginning with saving the babies being separated from their mothers through ICE. And how about all the babies and mom’s who live in Indiana and have had their healthcare and Snap programs limited or stopped by both the Federal and State governments.
And when do you think the axe is going to fall about the abuses to the over 5,000 babies and young children illegally removed from their mothers and families during Trump’s first term. They are getting to the ages that they will be able to speak up soon!
This is just another republican assault on women. This is not pro-life. It’s pro birth. If the pedophile protecting republicans care about children, they would support legislation that makes children’s lives better. Instead, they take money away from research for child cancer, take health insurance away from families, oppose free school lunches, take money away from public schools and give it their WCN schools, just to name a few of their pernicious policies. Shame.
