A 15-year-old is dead and another teen is in custody following a shooting in Kosciusko County.

Police say officers responded just after 8 p.m. on Monday, March 23, to a home in the Suburban Acres Mobile Home Park, where they found a teenage boy with a gunshot wound, according WPTA.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say a handgun reported stolen was recovered, and multiple juveniles were present at the time.

Another 15-year-old is now detained on a preliminary reckless homicide charge as the investigation continues.
