The old USA Skate Center in Mishawaka could be getting new life after sitting empty for 10 years. Developers bought the Main Street building about a week ago and are now asking for ideas on what to do with it.
They’re cleaning out damaged materials but keeping items tied to the rink’s history, including a Pepsi sign and other pieces.
Early ideas include shops, a food court, and a kid space, but nothing is final.
Developers are set to meet with the city Friday to discuss options.
