Two grandparents are headed to jail for helping hide a child in a kidnapping case tied to Kosciusko County.
Timothy and Anna Mullin were convicted of kidnapping involving a child under 14 years old. Prosecutors say their daughter, Jennifer Mullin, took the child from Kosciusko County and cut off contact with the father during a custody dispute.
Investigators say the family worked together to hide the girl, even using burner phones. The child was eventually found in Indianapolis in July of 2024 with her red hair dyed black.
Jennifer Mullin is still wanted on a warrant connected to the case.
Timothy and Anna Mullin were sentenced to a combined two years and 180 days in jail.
