A driver is dead after a single-vehicle crash southwest of Warsaw.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened just after 9 p.m. on Monday, July 20, on County Road 200 South, east of County Road 675 West, in Harrison Township.

Investigators say a Chevrolet Impala was traveling east when it left the roadway and crashed into a tree.

The driver died at the scene.

The Kosciusko County FACT Team is investigating factors that led to the crash.
