Crews are battling a fire at Zimmy’s Tavern in Union Michigan.

It’s believed the blaze broke out around 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28.

There was no immediate word of any injuries or what sparked the fire, but it is believed there was an explosion and the fire may have originated in the basement.

This year marked Zimmy’s 80th year in business, according to their website.
