A pregnant Goshen woman sentenced for meth possession earlier this year has had her probation revoked…with a catch.

Authorities say 19-year-old Allison Slagle will be released in time to give birth, according to the Elkhart Truth. However, prosecutors say she tested positive for meth in July, and was sent to prison. She said she didn’t know she was pregnant when she took the meth, so she asked for leniency.

Even though the judge revoked her probation and sent her to prison, he said he would order her released on her own recognizance in time for the child’s birth.
